Delete your Yard Rota account

Delete in the app

1. Sign in to the Yard Rota app (iOS, Android, macOS or Windows).
2. Open Account from the home screen.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm with your password.

If your account is still waiting for approval, the Delete account button is on the approval screen shown after sign-in.

Delete on the website

1. Sign in at shunters.net.
2. Open Profile and scroll to Account.
3. Click Delete account and confirm with your password.

Request deletion without the app

Email support@shunters.net from the address you registered with and ask us to delete your account. We process requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your login (email, password and sign-in sessions)
• Your name, email, Yard System ID, profile photo and preferences
• Your availability, personal day notes and app usage history

What is kept without your name

Vehicle safety records are needed by the yard to keep tugs safe and to meet legal obligations. PreCheck submissions, reported tug defects, attendance and conduct records you were part of are kept, but they are no longer linked to your name or contact details and are shown as "Deleted user".
