Terms of Use – Yard Rota

1. Who can use the App

Yard Rota ("the App") is a work tool for yard staff. Accounts are approved by an administrator, and access may be limited or removed when you no longer work on the yard.

2. Your account

• Keep your password private and do not share your account.
• Make sure your profile, availability and PreCheck entries are accurate.
• You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the App, upload unlawful or offensive content, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with the service.

4. Safety information

PreCheck and rota information supports, but does not replace, your site safety procedures and instructions from your supervisor.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change over time.
